Group coaching
Then the group coaching is for you. Apart from individual coaching, I also offer Group Coaching workshops, which bring together people like you with similar personal or professional goals, to learn, share and reflect in a trusting environment.
Currently my Group Coaching workshops focus on the above-mentioned topics. The workshops for each topic will be organized in separate modules with different set-up.
All the workshops will be highly interactive, there will be methods and tools introduced with case studies and role plays, combined with pair/group discussions in breakout sessions and reflections.

What are the differences between group coaching and team coaching?

Group coaching and team coaching are two distinct approaches for collective coaching, each with unique characteristics and objectives:

  • The purpose of Group Coaching is to help individuals achieve personal goals or develop specific skills with the support and insights of the others in the group. The participants have similar interests or goals but do not necessarily work together. The focus here is individual needs.
  • The purpose of Team Coaching is to enhance the team’s overall performance, effectiveness of teamwork, collaboration, and alignment towards common goals. So the participants are team members working together regularly, such as project teams, operational teams, or management teams. The focus here is building up high-performing teams. Hence the team coaching journey is organized and structured with a very different approach. Details please see Team Coaching page.
